- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg (for jeans).

Returns
- Online orders: returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. In-store purchases: within 14 days of purchase.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all tags attached, and free of odors, makeup, pet hair, stains, or wear.
- Approved returns receive store credit only. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
- Final sale (not returnable): giveaways, accessories, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, beauty and skincare, perfume, drinkware, home décor, intimates, leggings, gift cards, clearance, items discounted 30% or more, and items marked “Final Sale.”
