Shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard flat-rate shipping is $7.95, and standard shipping is FREE on orders of $125 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of being placed.
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another qualified carrier. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
FREE local pickup is available at 201 E. Main Street, Suite 109, Marion, VA. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.

Online orders: returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. In-store purchases: within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all tags attached, and free of odors, makeup, pet hair, stains, or wear.
Approved returns receive store credit only. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Final sale (not returnable): giveaways, accessories, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, beauty and skincare, perfume, drinkware, home décor, intimates, leggings, gift cards, clearance, items discounted 30% or more, and items marked “Final Sale.”
Original shipping is nonrefundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Exchanges: return the eligible item for store credit, then use it toward the size or color you want.
