At Just Believe Boutique, we carefully prepare every order and want you to know what to expect before making a purchase.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Standard flat-rate shipping: $7.95

Free standard shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $125 or more after discounts and before taxes
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Order Handling Time
Orders are typically processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During major sales, holidays, severe weather, or unusually high order volume, handling times may be longer. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, estimated standard delivery time is:

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, regional disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another qualified carrier selected by Just Believe Boutique.
The carrier used may depend on the destination, package size, shipping service, and current carrier availability.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive the ready-for-pickup notification before visiting the store.
Local pickup orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
Just Believe Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered but reported missing. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help you locate the package or begin a carrier inquiry.
Customers should first:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@justbelieveboutique.com.

We will review the issue and provide instructions.
Returns
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit only.
Return Window
For online orders, returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.
For purchases made in our retail store, returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returns received or postmarked outside the applicable return window may not be accepted.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

In new and resalable condition

Free from smoke, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, or other odors

Free from damage, wear, or alteration

Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Original payment methods will not be refunded unless required by law or unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or unavailable.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.
You will be notified when your store credit has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Just Believe Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
Because boutique inventory may sell quickly, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges.
The recommended process is to return the eligible item for store credit and use that credit toward the preferred size, color, or replacement item.
