• We ship within the United States. Standard flat-rate shipping is $7.95, and standard shipping is FREE on orders of $125 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
• Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of being placed.
• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another qualified carrier. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
• FREE local pickup is available at 201 E. Main Street, Suite 109, Marion, VA. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.

Returns

• Online orders: returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. In-store purchases: within 14 days of purchase.
• To start a return, email hello@justbelieveboutique.com or call (276) 780-3733 with your order number.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all tags attached, and free of odors, makeup, pet hair, stains, or wear.
• Approved returns receive store credit only. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
• Final sale (not returnable): giveaways, accessories, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, beauty and skincare, perfume, drinkware, home décor, intimates, leggings, gift cards, clearance, items discounted 30% or more, and items marked “Final Sale.”
• Original shipping is nonrefundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• Exchanges: return the eligible item for store credit, then use it toward the size or color you want.
