For the best fit, measure your body (not your clothing) using a soft measuring tape:
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg (for jeans).

- Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another qualified carrier. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
- FREE local pickup is available at 201 E. Main Street, Suite 109, Marion, VA. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.
Returns
- Online orders: returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. In-store purchases: within 14 days of purchase.
- To start a return, email hello@justbelieveboutique.com or call (276) 780-3733 with your order number.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all tags attached, and free of odors, makeup, pet hair, stains, or wear.
- Approved returns receive store credit only. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
- Final sale (not returnable): giveaways, accessories, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, beauty and skincare, perfume, drinkware, home décor, intimates, leggings, gift cards, clearance, items discounted 30% or more, and items marked “Final Sale.”
- Original shipping is nonrefundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
